Any new editors on the horizon?
« on: 29 Sep 2003, 14:47:47 »
So, are there any promising editor projects in progress? WRPedit is cancelled, or so it seems. As you might imagine from my earlier posts, I'm getting pretty sick and tired of using Visitor and WRPedit 0.93. Not to mention all the more or less wortless "tools" that waste your time more than just using one program.

Or, if anyone would like to edit an island project for me; change every single square forest object into two forest triangles (with correct placement) and retexture with Resistance textures before sending it back to me, just let me know ;) Only about 12x12 km land covered with patches of forests.

Why, yes, there is.  ;D

Right now, most of the beta testing is in clean-up, and it scales nicely too. Got custom addons? No problem. Want to see previews of what's going on? No problem. Check out the screenies. Very cool.

There is also going to be the mother-of-all wrp development manuals to accompany it. And it's all in English.

Check out the demos, and note hoe long they took to make.  8)
