JPEG on game

Hi all.
 I would like to know if its a way to put a picture fille inside the game, I thought about using a picture of a map to simulate a briefing in the intro cutscene, so you'll be able to see the one in charge tallking and then you'll see the map and heard the boss tallking about the picnick. ;D
 Is it posible to do that in OFP at all?
