Spawning Guns

I have a question that might be silly to most of you.  

How can I spawn guns in certain areas so that civilians can just pick them up?

Note: I only have Cold War Crisis v.1

da only way 2 put guns around is 2 buy resistance update it 2 latest ver nd ask again

but in da OFP CWC (update dat 1 too ) u can just put ammo crates (found in da empty/support if im not wrong)

nd den use da

clearmagazinecargo
clearweaponcargo
addmagazinecargo
addweaponcargo

commands 2 control wats in da crates

c da command referance (found in da ED) 4 wayz 2 use da commands
