i have a question is it posible to add image to the Loading of the mission? and if so what line do i have to put in it

I don't think it is possible. The only thing you can do is to add some text.

OnLoadMissionTime "YourText" ;

Yeah, I suspect it's only text.   You can't even make it change line with \n like you can with hints or titletext.

It goes in your description.ext.      Look at the Tutorial Mission in the Ed Depot for a working example of this handy little file.   There are also specific tutes.
