I've thought of something: how about making a Kawasaki Mule unit? The Mule is a small utility vehicle, capable of reaching speeds of up to 80kmh (in models I have seen), and could carry quite a lot of cargo. In OFP, it could be used as a civilian or resistance all-terrain vehicle, for transporting cargo or a person or two.
I would have done this myself, but I really have no knowledge in addon making... But, since there are many Mules where I come from, I would be happy to assist in any informative way I could in order to create this really useful vehicle.
