Author Topic: messed up effect at waypoints - don't know the reason  (Read 425 times)

Hi everyone,

I have problems with waypoints and waypoint orders. I have a confused situation within I even don't know what to ask... ??? But I try..

I have waypoints for a reinforcement group. They are moving while their beaviour changing at certain points, but if they are not exactly under fire but not far from them there is a fight they act accidentally, they don't follow the waypoints and orders even a simple UNLOAD order (but sometimes they UNLOAD).

It is not the worst, because after eliminating all enemy they are cancelling the further waypoints (actually waypoints back to the camp), and they are driving off the road, killing the infantry  escorting them, and crushing fences etc. Anyway at the end they return to the camp, but they should follow the waypoint orders and drive back the camp in Behaviour "safe".
I tryed to correct the waypoint orders and tryed the setBehaviour command for the group - not worked

So my question is how I can force the group to act as their waypoints orders them?

The problem here is partly that it's hard to figure out what the problem is.

Copy your mission.   Delete everything except the group in question (and any associated loons, like their transport).   Follow them round - do they do everything correctly?
