What scriptlines are used to delete the actions eject, flaps down/up and autolanding from the plane the player is in?

Can the HUD (info on speed, direction, damage, fuel and heading bar) in the plane be disabled?

What command is used to disable third perspective (external) view during the game?

2. See 1
3. In the options/difficulty/3rd person view enabled/disabled
