No matter what,

I want the resistance too shoot civilians on sight.  How do I do this?

With all those Multiplayer maps in the pending list...

You can change the side of all the civilians in the mission file to a side that's hostile to the resistance. Or if you don't mind your own people shooting at them as well, put a addRating -2000 or more in the init field of each civilian, then any one will shoot them on sight.

Or you can just group the civilians with a east or west unit (depending to which side resistance is hostile to) and use the deleteVehicle command in a trigger in the beginning of  the mission...
