Hi every1, I got 3 quite simple questions...all regarding the overview and briefing.

1/ Firstly how do you write an overview which appears in the Single Player menu. Do you have to write it in description.ext?

2/ Secondly - how do u insert pictures into the overview

3/ Finally - I know how to do most things in a briefing, but how do you put screenshots in - to be used as intel

Hi

You can make an overview in the same way as a briefing: simply using a html file. I've attatched an example of this. You should put the overview.html file in the mission folder along with your briefing.

With reguards to using pictures you should consult the tutorial here: http://www.ofpec.com/editors/resource_view.php?id=2. This applies to both briefing and overview.

To actualy get the screenshots in Windows XP you can just pres the [Print Screen] key and paste the result into an image program. I'm not sure if this works in DirectX applications (such as OFP) for earlier versions of windows, but if not you can use an application called 'Hypersnap DX' which you can get in shareware on the internet to get your screenshots.
