objects.save file in campaign directory
« on: 19 Jun 2003, 23:47:33 »
i cannot locate this file. i am trying to use the setIdentity/loadIdentity/deleteIdentity commands, and both of the command references i am looking at say these commands are utilized in conjuction with the objects.save file "located in the campaigns directory". it is not in my campaigns dir, and dePBO doesnt make it available either.
also, do the Identity commands have to be used in the initialization phase of game playing, or can they be used during play? thx

the files here

C:\Program Files\Codemasters\OperationFlashpoint\Users\yourname\Saved\campaigns\campaignname\

but you don't use it in editing, its a game file and encrypted to stop cheating.

any way to use it so that i can utilize the setIdentity commands tho? my intent is to make a way for a blackops operative to 'disguise' him/herself into another likeness, and walk among the enemy.  with the setcaptive command its easy to walk with the bad guys, but i am trying to make the visual appearance of the player change, perhaps through the addaction command, calling up the Identity commands when 'disguising' yourself, etc.
that make any sense?
