Operation upgrade

OK, You see, I have a borderline PC, not to good not to fast, but if i want to push it to the limits... WHAT DO I NEED? I want to conquer as many of these as pos:
(Oh and by the way i am aware that i am posting this in the wrong forum bit but there is no "Off topic" section here)

• I would like to speed up my PC in general, starting programs etc
• I need to make i stop crashing 24/7
• I want to stop the errors and everything with the hard drive
• But most of all i want to improve the graphics and reaction time of ofp

So please show me how!
I have a tiny Pentinum 3 pc with a intel 82810 graphic controller and windows 98
