Multiplayer Napalm??

I been using this napalm script..not sure from who  ::) anyways  when i try it alone on sp or alone on mp it works fine but when with other players they either get booted or dont see what i see..as in they only see the normal TOW explosion, so my question is; is napalm doable in MP
