movement animations

I would be very pleased if someone could tell me good page where to find those movement animations what we use in switchmove. I ask this for because the site where i always get the commands is closed (http://www.concept-5.com/ofp/tutorials/CMREFv103.htm#AE) so im trying to find a new one

and these animations r used 4 wat, like wheels 4 instance

There is a list of animations to use with the switchmove/playmove command in the Editors Depot - Tutorials - References - Command refs.
