Probability of presence is easy.

100% - unit will certainly be in the mission

50% - half the time you play the mission the unit will be there, half the time it won't.

25% - one quarter of the time it will be there, threequarters it won't

and so on.  Very useful for creating random patrols.

Info age I've no idea.
Plenty of reviewed ArmA missions for you to play

Say you have the gps enabled like in cadet mode. The info it gives you can be 'actual' (realtime), '1 minute' (with a 1 minute delay), '5 minutes' (with a 5 minute delay) and so on.

For example there's a rabbit hunt mission out there where you get the position of the rabbit, but with 1 minute delay.. so the rabbit can be anywhere within 1 minute range of the spot where the gps says he is.

umm.. it's just what it says it is  the delay of the info

Ahhh, so the "info" referred to is the reported units on the Map, which you do get in Veteran but are more of a Cadet mode thing?
