Callsigns

Hello Everyone!

I have a question about callsigns. Normally the callsign is Golf Black1 or something like that, but instead of Golf Black1:Radiomsg, I want it to be PapaBear:Radiomsg, or BlackEagel:radiomsg how do I do this???
