what tool do i need to make addon islands dont no which one if u have it please send it to me at Spliffy@fsmail.net and could u tell me how to use it as well

just go to any site and look for WRPEdit :P
And if you mean to make terrain then go to www.ciahome.net ->OFP cook book and look for a tutorial on how to make an island. There you will also find links to programs to make terrain. For list over objects go to the editors depot and look.
