when i parachute a group from a helicopter it can only happen at 100 (height). But i want go higher (300 or 400). How do i do this

Depends on the script your using.     I'm not a parachuting expert but in general I believe you can parachute from any height (as long as its not too low  ;D).    Get into the command flyinheight, which allows you to control the height of the aircraft.

yes thats what i do, but when i say flyinheight200 en then parachute them the heli just keeps flying above the waypoint whithout ejecting the group. And when i use flyinheight100 it works. Strange man
