What are these? I'm used to PBO. Whenever I download an Addon with a .ace instead of a .pbo it doesn't work on my OFP:R. How do I get these ACE files to work? The new Afghan Pack is an ACE file. Help, please!

.ace is just another type of compression, like .zip and .rar.
You need to d/l Winace, or Winrar (or somthing similar. I dont think Winzip works with ace files) and decompress it, the same way you would decompress a zip file.  ;)

I just have Winzip. I don't have Winace or Winerar. Does anyone know where I can get a normal .pbo version of the Afghan Pack?

I dont think you will find it as just the pbo.
