im trying to make it so when u shoot down these 2 helos ur 2nd objective is done ,how would i do that?

You just do like this!
Create a trigger. In the trigger condicion field put this:
not (alive helo1) && not (alive helo2)
And in the activation field pit this:
"2" objstatus "done" ; hint "Objective complete"

That should help ya!  ;D
