 Come on now.... either answer the man's question .. or why waste the space ? ;D ::)

It is  pretty self explanatory though Randy
when you place a unit.. and define a placement radius, it will start somewhere in that radius.. adds a little more randomness to the placement...    also keeps the guys from being in the same spot every time you play the level ;)
