choppers on iatrang take like 1 minute to start going

im doin a drop troop mission at lz.......um i forget the one near the base and airstrip and im using snypir's landing script on the first waypoint......but the problem is i dont know why the helicopters stay still for about a minute and then start moving. but then when i try putting the landing script on the second waypoint, all the helicopters do something stupid at the first waypoint and end up hitting each other

anybody have any suggestions how to fix this?

there is probably a delay on the waypoint or in the script
