Overveiw Pic

What resolution do I have to make the picture in the overview? It keeps sayin it's too big, and on the programe it says warning.

First off, you have to have a paint program to resize it. MS Paint DOES NOT WORK! Then for whatevery program you use you have to check the box that says "Allow Distortion?" then resize the image to 256x128. then you can use any size below that size, but it has to be in the power of 2. ex. 128x64, 170x64(perfect) ect.!
