Where is the breifing menu .there is no gear or anything!!

To create Briefings you need to create a Briefing.HTML file in the mission directory. This is done OUTSIDE the game and outside the editor. For instructions on how to create the HTML file look up the tutorial
"Briefing.html file tutorial"
By "snYpir".
It may appear intimidating at first but his tutorial comes complete with a sampile file you can use as a template.
As for links, I ran a search for all tutorials snYpir wrote. You can use this link to view the same list. You'll have to take out hte returns but it should work!
