For the lights, the editors depot has something about lights. Check there and see what you can find.
As for captives, I assume you mean captives of the Russians, as opposed to Russians who are captives.
In any event, in the Initialization field of any unit that you wish to be a captive, put the following code:
this setCaptive true
(I think that's the format for the command.)
You'll want to remove any weapons and ammo that the unit has, and it would look best if the unit's behavior is set to careless or safe.
