Questions about DKM incoming missle eventhandler

im having a bit of trouble with the eventhandler that DKM added to their choppers along with the dust, the audio file that says 'incoming missle' or something like that when a missle has been launched at the chopper. my question is, i can hear the file when im either the pilot or the gunner on a chopper, but when im in cargo inside a CH-47 for example,  i dont hear the audio file,

I think that alarm is only meant for pilots and gunners to hear, not the cargo.
