OK , here's the problem, there's war between RUS and AME. and UN are between them just watching. when Russians win Amerikashkie they shoot on UN troops. how to make UN's the civil side so that no one shoots on them?  ???

 Hmm.. try the old method of grouping them Troops with a civvie commander from the get-go ... then use deletevehicle to get rid of him as soon as the mission starts ;) ..

I'm not sure that I get what you said, you mean to put any civil unit as leader of the un group? what is the code of get riding of him?
and what should i write in the init field when side player?
I saw it in the refference but didn't work, something like
side! = west or something?

Deletevehicle name will remove the civilian dummy.

The Side command didn't work because it doesn't switch sides, it checks what side something is.

There is something else you can do if you don't like this method. You can use Setcaptive name to make them "neutral" to all sides. Put this in each guy's init field.
