Trigger problem
« on: 18 Aug 2008, 18:15:05 »
I have West guarding old castle, at top of the hill. I have trigger there by "East detected by West" and size of 120. This trigger doesnt work, and i think there is altitude problem. Center of trigger is top of that hill, but how i can use that trigget in all altitudes ? Is it even possible, or is there any other ways to solve this problem ?

Im testing that whit east player, conditition this and activition by hint "Trigger working."

Are you maybe testing this trigger with units in "setCaptive = true"   mode?
 ???

Triggers with X detected by Y condition do not work together with captive units...
 :)

And for the altitude...
... i never noticed any relation between the altitude and the functionality of a trigger...

Anybody did?

Also, it may be that the units don't know about each other until they are close, units can be stupid like that. Try upping the skill level, or putting a scout in their group so they will know sooner.
