Sorry but I have face questions

First I want to say sorry for asking, but I searched in about 4-5 editing sides and couldn't find what I was looking for.

1)Which painting programm do you use?
2)How do you change your custom faces that they have the exact size to fit onto the units.
3)How can I give the custom faces to AI controlled units?
4)How do you do it that the lips and eyes of your face fit with the ones from this blueprint (The soldier-face where one only has to insert)

hey, its no problem i had the same question a few months ago, you can use just about any paint program that can make a .jpg image (i use flash but lots of people use paintshop pro), theres a template on this website for faces that you can use to see eye position and lip position. To put custom faces on a AI soldier you type into that units init field, This setface "custom", if you have more than one custom face that you want to set to AI you have to make a .pac file addon that acctually adds the faces to ofp, i dont relly know how to do that though. hope that helps out a little bit.
