VBS1 or VBS2

Hello all!
I don't know where to post this question (and I was unable to find the answer) so I will post it here. My friend has got the VBS1 and he's buying VBS2. So he is curious about two things:

1.Because the VBS1 is like flashpoint (okay not as like but I hope you get my point), scripts need to be made like in OFP or...? Or in VBS2?
2.Can he post some missions on OFPEC?

He was not able to write these question by himself because he doesnt have an internet connection.
I am curious too, because I will buy VBS1 and I need the answers too.

So finaly, I hope I posted this mission in a good place, I hope you understand my questions, and sorry my enlgish ('cuz I'm a Europen)

I don't think OFPEC deals with anything other than questions/missions/scripts/addons/etc related to OFP, OFP Elite or ArmA.

Garcia is right, all VBS related is off-topic at OFPEC.

VBS owners have their own forums which only they can access, so I'm sure there's plenty of help to be found there.

To answer your questions,
1. Like in OFP (as far as I know, it has a few extra commands).
2. Like said above, no.
