Dialogues

I've just been playing Mike Melvin's CTI Mod.
Wow
Now I see what can be achieved by using Dialogues.
Unfortunately, I have no idea how to use them, and after searching for 1/2 hour, have found no information regarding them.
All help would be appreciated.

Well, first off:

This will tell you practically everything about dialogs. Get it!

Secondly, try searching for "dialogs"
