How do I open a BIS P3d?

I have a folder created in my O2 folder and I've put the P3d in there. I tried to open it from O2 and it's giving me this error.

Unable to load file. Load error.

What do I do?

Most BIS p3ds are in ODOL format, which Oxygen can't open.  Oxygen opens MLOD format files only.  To open an ODOL file in Oxygen, you will have to convert it to MLOD using ODOL Explorer.

Jeez this is a steep curve.

Ok, I opened the P3d in that tool you gave me the link to and I then saved it as the other format.
I then opened it in O2 and went to add a texture and O2 binned. Didn't even give me a reason.

O2 has to close, sorry but you're f**ked.

What am I doing wrong?

More details please.

Did it crash whilst looking for your texture?
Did you set up the texture path for buldozer?

i.e.    data\

If it is a custom texture you are trying to use, make sure it is in the same folder as your p3d file.

That was all I did to the letter.

The file is located in a folder called "Sign".
In the folder is, a config, the texture in .Pac form and the two .P3ds.

Danger2_MLOD.p3d which is the attempted conversion from,

Danger2.p3d.

The converted .P3d opens without a hitch but when I press A and then load texture it crashes O2.

What have you got the DLL folder set as?

If you have Oxygen and Buldozer installed much the same as my text document posted earlier then the DLL folder will be set as the same place you have Oxygen.

The document I posted in this topic has a list of files you should have once you have finished installing everything, refer to that to check that you have everything correct.
