Thanks alot for that remcen

edit: Right i tried doing what you said withthe fire Geom but that didnt seem to work either...

i tried copying and pasting like you said nothing either. What do you class as complex. It seems that as long as i use a standard box with no other verticies i have no problems, the second i try and create geometry with more segments nothing works.when i create lots of basic geoms then it seems to work ok but you can imagine having a relatively complex object making 30 different small geoms is hardly practicle....im sure there is an easier way to do this.

The geometry lod and indeed the fire geometry lod must be made up of simple geometry elements.......like rectangular boxes or prisms.

You place them close together to represent the object.

You should try looking at some of BIS's models in Oxygen to see how they did it, that is a lot easier than trying to explain it in here.   ;D

I know a little about a lot, and a lot about a little.

Yep, Planck is right.

Think about it like you would build up a LEGO house,
just that you can have the pieces in that size that you need
right now  ;)

P.S: just not too small pieces (0.25 meter thinest)
