1st question, how do I spawn a single smoke puff?

I know its something like

To spawn a smoke grenade but.. What is the deletion code?

2nd question, how do I set the size of a smoke puff?

Is there anyway I can set the size of a smoke puff?

3rd question, how do I change the color of a smoke puff?

I know it is possible to change to color but how?
