Hello -
I've been getting an "access denied" error message when packing PBO's ("Create PBO") with the WINpbo tool.

I have WinPBO, but have never tried packing a PBO with it.

I usually use StuffPBO.

Not sure where you might get it.

There is also MakepBO, available Here
