iv been playing around with the scripts that u can download off this site, it appears the command allowdammage true/false no longer works, however one of the scripts uses the commmand setdammage 0, this allows the scripts to work from any height, because they get fully health again after they hit the ground but before they die, the only problem with this though, is if u hit an object early, like a building, u'll die, so i made it changed it so it sets dammage as 0 everytime the script moves u down the 0.4m each time etc, this prity much does the same thing as having allowdammage false at start of script and allowdammage true at end of script, only problem is, whenever i use a script with setdammage 0, ofp crashes either during the script or after its finished running!
Any ideas?

Is there anyone who has experience this problem when using this setdammage 0, or does anyone know why it might be doing this, and how can i fix it, please help, its really becoming annoying and is spoilling a mission i am making that is turning out to be a very fun mission, except of cause when ofp decides to exit to desktop! :C

Hi,

yes the "setdammage" command was thrown out in one of the previous patches. But there is a rapple script (from XCess) on the Editing Center, which works with version 1.75. It even has a "real" rope where your guys can drop down. Maybe you want to download that one.
