Loading and unloading troops from a lorry is easy, just use waypoints.   You don't need a script.

If you're doing it from a helicopter use one of the existing scripts from the Editors Depot.
Plenty of reviewed ArmA missions for you to play

Or you could also spend 10 minutes more in reading, and
have a try on the second example in the link below:

http://www.ofpec.com/yabbse/index.php?board=6;action=display;threadid=13884;start=0

It's the post, where it says: Chopper insertion

It may look difficult at the beginning, but can come in handy,
once you get the hang on it.

Hey darkwolf,
you should really try the editor-help in the game. I think it's an HTML-help file in your flashpoint directory. And after you done everything , you should just read some basic tutorials.  There are some really good ones! Read all about it in the editors depot and you should be fine!
Not so long ago , I started with this game and the best thing to do is read first and ask questions later. Believe me, it will help.
(I hereby want to thank to OFPEC guys for creating such an amazing site).
