What does 'midrange/midrangeprob' etc do?
« on: 02 May 2005, 07:47:41 »
The title says it all :)

With not alot of experience in editing configs, I will have a few of these noob type questions.

I've checked the 'how to make an addon' tute by SnYpir, experimented some by creating my own addons, and of course searched the forums some. Unfortunately doing the latter yields a lot of complete configs, where the thread has nothing to do with what I'm after. I cannot figure out what the mid/min/maxrange does. Any explanation appreciated!

Have you tried Jesters tutorial for config commands.

Find it  in the Editors Depot.

However, I think those settings are mainly for ai.

Min. mid and max ranges that they will shoot at and the probability of them using each one.
