Singal Player Campain co-op?

I have cold war crisis and my buddies and i are getting tired of the co-op missions already listed and i was curious if there is a way to play the singal player campainge together? I was hoping someone might have a link to where someone edited them to make them co-op.

Yes, there is a version converted. I don't know where to get it though. Maybe e-mail a coop dedicated server administrator, most of 'em have it on. Try [LOL]'s coop server maybe.
