ecp-relaxed position change

I think that the right click should bring the gun up to the face, but when its not being held down the gun should be at a resting position down by the hip.  Its just stupid seeing the guy go on a mission where he's pointing the gun at his partners and at the hostages and civillians and people he's questioning and everyone.  Is there a way you can do that.  Even SWAT has a rule on who you can point your gun at, even soldiers on the field keep it relaxed, putting it on the back doesn't provide a quick enough reaction to a surprise attack so just let me know if you'll do it or not.  That's all i want to know.

Well, here's the thing. I'm not speaking from the ECP standpoint, but rather from the standpoint of someone who has learned alot about animations. Basically, there is no way to detect when a player uses the right mouse button to zoom in, or uses optics (well, AFAIK, but I'm 90% sure). So basically, it can't be done how you imagine it. It certainly would be possible to give the player access to a relaxed position in one way or another, but in the end it might not work very well.

However, for the weapon on the back issue, I do have plans to make a better alternative to that, although, again, this would be independent of the ECP.
