Help with the ejection script
« on: 27 Sep 2002, 22:00:20 »
I can make my men eject just fine and I did the "unassignvehicle" command so the leader doesn't order his men back in the chopper but the chopper just hovers there and doesn't advance to its next WP, how do i correct this ???

If you're using eject and unassign then all of your helicopters waypoints can be "move" waypoints..... this might be your problem ;)

Well, I'll tell ya wassup (or what could be causing the bug)  :o :P

You probably *SAXAAH* forgot to name the second bird, or something similar;
the most
regular *SAXAAH* bummer is ( apart from me, off course  :beat: ) misspellings,

yanno - syntax bugs!  ::) *SAXAAH*

(sorry 'bout that, but I hit an electric wire today when
I was about to put up a painting on a wall.  :-X :noo: )

Oh well, double check your scrolls, matey!  :) Best thing to do.
And if it still stinks, post a sample with the way you do it, then one of yer friends around here will fix it up!  :-* ;)

*SAXAAH* ....DDZZZZZTT*  OUTCH* DAMMIT*

uuum, AC... it's right up there m8 - the attachment, the ZIP file!  :o :)
Just download & use & abuse to yer hearts desire, like we all do!  ;D 8)

The thing he meant was simply that he obviously needed to copy & paste
the stuff going on which means that he had to RE-NAME the new bird and off course
update/reName the sprouted scrolls.

In short: grab the attached script - then just create one more choppa and
give it a similar name (just not the SAME name, obviously).
Then do the same stuff w/ the new group & use those new
names (bird2 & grp 2) in the "new" script.

sense  ??? :D I hope so man!
