M8 Carbine

 With the Army recieving the new M8 carbine sometime within the year of 2005, i think it would be neat if you add on creators could make an M8. It's made by HK and here is a site for information on it.

Would this be a neat addon to create? Maybe make a new soldier unit to go with it? Anyone who works on this I give a big thanks to, this would increase the fun and realism in gameplay a lot being its modernized hehe.

It's an OK addon pack... my only quarell with it is it should NOT be in the showroom colors. If somone could retexture the pack to standard woodland and desert camos it would be great.

Thank you homefry, i didnt know if there were any XM8 packs anywhere. I usually just come here. And yea, it would be cool if they modernized them a little and made them black or something. They will also probably have SOPMODs for the m8. thanks though.

I can't get it to work. It says to script this [This] Exec "MAP_XM8\INIT.sqs" in the init line. I did that and the gun will not show up. I extracted the PBO file to addons and did everything right. Anyone who has this know how i can get it to work? Thanks
