If you look for the OFP Sound stuido, it can do mass convertions of WAV files to oggs ;)

The mission Operation LoJack was pulled from the OFPEC file archive since the company that owns the trademark LoJacktm felt that it was a breach of trademark law. See the newspost here.

If the author of this thread contacts NovaLogic and obtains explicit written consent that he is allowed to make these sounds available freely on the internet, and provides this written consent to OFPEC, we will discuss hosting them here. Until such time, this thread is classified as discussing breaking copyright laws, and that's not allowed here at OFPEC.

If and when explicit written consent is obtained, the author of this thread can PM me and I will unlock the thread and explain the situation.
