wavtolip not working

hi

ok i'm trying to make a .lip file from my .wav file using the wavtolip program from the BIS site, now the file i have attached is a screen shot of the .wav file format and so on, its in 16 bit and mono but still the wavtolip program still dose not do anything...

any ideas what i'm doing wrong?

I know nothing about these, but maybe the WAV file is compressed, and Wav2Lip doesn't take it... :P

(The bitrate was like 300kbs, as on my machine those are atleast 1000 when uncompressed ;) )

make sure the the folder wavtolip is in contains no spaces in its directory - so nowhere in its directory (c:\programs\etc etc etc) it has a space...

the same goes for where you drag the wave file from into the wavtolip program, that may not have any spaces in its directory as well - i'm betting thats the problem, as you're sound file is 16bit mono, which is correct
