The new Ed Depot is looking great, but a few quick ideas:-
Make the Unofficial command ref more prominent: there are a lot of queries in the forums from people who would appear not to have it, or even know it exists. I solved loads of problems just by looking down the list to see if there was a word that fitted in with what I was trying to do and often there was.
Move "How to use objectives and init.sqs" from Mission Editor to Getting Started.
For the tutorials that have to be downloaded, show the the file size - most of them are quite small, and once you see how small it is that should encourage you to click on the link.
Getting Started has such an impressive array of tutorials now its practically intimidating - if you are a real noob, where do you start? You could break it up with subheading something like this:-
