Look Down The Gun?

Dose anyone know how to make the camera look down the gun?

i want to make a soldier target another solder and the camera to look down the gun throw the guns sight.

i have the soldier to target just cant find how to make the cam work

ok tryed that but it it makes the soldier look above the target...

i also tred dowatch but then he tools confused and starts to seach road him.

i tryed placing him in other locations round the area but still no joy..

any ideas whats going wrong?
