Can this be scripted?

Example: Your behind the sandbags or even wall of base and the enemy pops a 203 grenade at you. No matter what your doing to get out of the way your going to get hurt or killed eventhough you have something to deflect the blast. I've killed ppl with nades by getting the "shrapenel" through walls.

I've noticed this, that when an explosion happens it covers the blast radius, 30m and goes through anything and inflicts damage to soldiers no matter what except for glitches or lucky breaks.

Example: Your behind the sand bags/barrier and a nade pops down in front of the bags. BOOM the guy next to you goes down since he was trying be rambo and got turned into swiss cheese. You however sit tight as the extreme heat and explosion go over you and you jump up unscathed to blast a RPG off in time to finish off that M60 before it annilates your buddies.

There I'm looking for blast deflection. I'm not sure if it can be done, force field around player when behind object and blast radius overlaps him?

Try the ECP. It has an 'explosion simulation' that was programmed by snYpir, which (I think) does just that. Maybe only with grenades though. But give it a try.
