Where can I get one?
I have a lovely new texture and I want to save it as a .PAA. Where can I get the software to save it as such?

there was another one that was released recently that is supposed to make a little better quality

You can find it on ofp.info news page or their archives from last week if its not still on the front page if you want to check it out
