trigger problem

im  making a seek and destroy mission but in order to
add some randomness ive placed three scuds on map
at diferent locations
scud1 has a 100%probability of presence
scud2 has a 50%probability of presence
scud 3 has  30%aprobability of presence
this works well as like it says some times there will be
1(always) 2 or 3 targets
however im having trouble
normally i would use a trigger to meet the objective
(not alive scud1)and(not alive scud2)and(not alive scud3)
but if scud2 or scud3 is not present at start of mission
this trigger wont activate
can anyone help

fixed it myself
grouped the scuds together and used
east countside(units scuds)<1
