dunno - i think it would be done using the 'drop' command.

maybe you could have a soldier with the desired weapon and make him drop the M16 and then teleport him away - onlt thing i can think of - but im sure there must be a way.

Yep, you need Resistance to make it work though, so make sure you have that properly installed.

Heres how to do it, you need to make a "weaponholder", this is an invisible box that your weapon will be put in.

WeaponHolderName="weaponholder" createVehicle getpos Location

WeaponHolderName is the name you give to your new weapon holder, you need this name to add things to it.  Location is the position you want the weapon holder to be created.  You can use a GameLogic, a Person, or grid co-ordinates in an array.

Next once your weapon holder is made you add weapons to it;

WeaponHolderName addWeaponCargo ["M16",1]

This will add a M16 to your weapon holder, and it will be shown on the ground.  And tadaaaaa.

Darn my crystal ball seems to have failed me,  you are going to have to say what those errors are.

Try this:

1. Make a trigger, name it W1 in the "name" field (not the "text" field.)

2. Type in the following spells in the "On Activation" field of your trigger:

W="weaponholder" createVehicle getpos W1

This would put an invisible "ammo crate" ( :P ) to the centre of yer trigger named W.

3. But ya also need to add the codes for yer type of weapon.... and thus: more spells to the trigger.
    Put some more spells into the "On Activ." field of the trigger...

The full set of commands looks like this :   :o

W="WeaponHolder" createVehicle Getpos W1; W addMagazineCargo ["M16",4]; W addWeaponCargo ["M16",1]

Right, that'll do, I hope!  8)

(did I type any bugs up there?)

Double post.  All replies here please.

DC10_starvinmarvin, it's usually a bad idea to restart an old thread.... especially when there is a current one on the same topic.
