recon and intel HQ

i dont know if this is possible, but how about a recon team(helo or infantry) that when it encounters the enemy reports a radio message to an intel HQ which then forwards the info to troops maybe even adding a marker to the map

cant this be done with scripts or the radio trigger thingies
